Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of experiences. On one hand, the rooms were clean and well maintained but lacked soundproofing, leading me to have to switch rooms. However, the temperature was uncomfortably warm. The service, on the other hand, was fantastic, with great communication from the staff and helpful tips about nearby parking. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city center, just a minute's walk from the main square. The dining was a bit repetitive, although the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were large and superbly finished, clean, and quiet, although lacking in ventilation. The location was unbeatable, with helpful staff and spacious, noise-free rooms, despite being on the main street. The dining options were excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold food. However, the basic facilities were acceptable, and the pricing offered good value for money.
The hotel is in a prime location, just off Market Square, offering easy access to everything important in Krakow. The rooms were clean and comfortable, despite not matching the pictures exactly. The hotel provides a generous breakfast with a variety of options, making for a pleasant stay overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and well-maintained rooms, and efficient and friendly service. The central location made it convenient to explore the main square. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of food choices.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was superb, just a few minutes away from all the interesting spots in Krakow. The breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of choices to suit all needs. The only downside was that my room was at the front and quite noisy, but overall, it was lovely and comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the main square in Krakow, ideal for exploring the city with ease. The rooms were extremely clean but slightly smaller and could be quieter. The service was top-notch in organizing trips but lacked friendliness in some interactions. The dining experience was satisfying with a good variety of fresh food. The location shines for its proximity to key attractions, just a few steps from Rynek Glowny central square.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room, despite being cozy, had some limitations due to the attic windows, which affected its effectiveness on extreme weather days. On the bright side, the room was spacious, well-heated, and had air conditioning for all seasons. The hotel staff was always friendly and went out of their way to assist with travel arrangements, making me feel welcomed. The hotel's location was superb, just steps away from the main square and its attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a decent variety of options. While there were some drawbacks, overall, the stay was enjoyable.
