good quality furnishings excellent breakfast choice 24 hour reception thin wall no tv signal phone issue

the room included good quality furnishings it was exactly as described. breakfast offered an excellent choice and tasted fresh. i appreciated the 24 hour reception cover it felt safe.

the walls seemed thin i could hear people talking. the tv showed no signal at all which was disappointing. the phone in the room did not work either this made communication difficult.

the staff was very nice and helpful. agnieszka was very kind and very helpful. she tried to do the best she could. i love the amazing staff at this hotel and i will be back.

the hotel had 24/7 reception. water was available. there was excellent customer service, so all my needs are met in time. the hotel provides a great atmosphere .

the location is fantastic, right near the main square. you can go out to main square. i find it a very easy access to many sites. the location are the best in the area.

the room felt very cold. i didn't see any windows in the economy room, and the skylight was not sufficient. the staff never inquired if my stay was satisfactory, which i found disappointing.
